Each Kube Booth purchase comes with a one-year limited warranty, and all repairs or replacements due to manufacturing defects are covered. You can find all the details regarding our Kubebooth Warranty Policy below, and should you have any questions, please contact us at info@kubebooth.com.

 

LIMITED WARRANTY

We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all Kubebooth products against defects in materials and quality, provided the product is purchased from and installed by authorized distribution partners. 

 

WHAT DOES LIMITED WARRANTY COVER?

From the date of purchase, the Limited Warranty covers all main parts in the Unit(s), provided they are used normally following our recommended guidelines and given that the installation is done by a partnered contractor or Kubebooth itself. These guidelines will include technical specifications, User Manuals, and service communications. This Limited Warranty is transferable and is not limited to the original purchaser, provided the new owner registers with Kubebooth and the booth is installed by the partnered contractor of Kubebooth.

 

WHAT IS THE VALIDITY OF LIMITED WARRANTY?

The warranty period for products purchased from Kubebooth is one year (365 days) from the installation date. A replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original products or 1- year (365 days) from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

  

OUR COMMITMENT: LIMITED WARRANTY RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of its Limited Warranty, Kubebooth will examine the Booths and determine whether or not the product qualifies. If covered by Kubebooth's service operations, the defective product(s), or part thereof, will be repaired or replaced with the same or comparable product(s).

 

WHAT DOES LIMITED WARRANTY NOT COVER?

This limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

- Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship

 

WHAT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY?

In order to provide warranty service under the Limited Warranty, Kubebooth may require you to provide proof of purchase, to answer questions to help diagnose potential problems, and to follow our warranty service procedures by contacting us at info@kubebooth.com.
